Q: Where are you from? A: Greensboro, GA
Q: How long have you been doing your job? A: Collections/Financial Analyst for nine years
Q: What is your major accomplishment? A: Being someone that my parents feel proud of
Q: What do you like most about the Plaza Health Club? A: The privacy, cleanliness, great staff, and it is not crowded
Q: How long have you been exercising and what was your daily routine prior to beginning an exercise regimen? A: I have been working out pretty much all my life. I got into weight training a little less than two years ago.
Q: What were your eating habits like? A: I used to eat alot of fried foods and breads.
Q: What are your current exercise routine and eating habits? A: I currently exercise four to five times a week combining weights and cardio. I listen to my body and don't deprive it.
Q: How long has it been since you started working out at the Plaza and what accomplishment(s) have you achieved? A: I have been at the Plaza for eight years. I have always been slim. Now, I have added muscle tone and my body fat has decreased.
Q: What made you change your lifestyle and follow a consistent workout schedule? A: As I turned 35, I noticed that my body was no longer just going to stay fit. I had to kick it up a notch and actually work at being in shape.
Q: Favorite restaurant(s)? A: Houston's
Q: Favorite book? A: "Take Your Best Shot" by Austin Gutwein
Q: What is your favorite thing to do ? A: Play tennis and travel
Q: Favorite movie/ actor /actress?
A: "What Dreams May Come" & "Color Purple"/Denzel Washington/Meryl Streep
Q: Favorite vacation spot? A. Puerto Rico (I'm adding to this list yearly)
Q: If I could I would? A: Use the resources I take for granted to help those less fortunate.
