Q: Where are you originally from? A: Atlanta
Q: How long have you been doing your job? A: 11 years as a professional ballet dancer and model
Q: What is your major accomplishment? A: Becoming the successful ballet dancer and model I am today, but I have a list of more things to accomplish
Q: What do you like most about the Plaza Health Club? A: The low key and friendly members and staff
Q: What is your favorite vacation spot? A: Sicilia, Italia
Q: What is your favorite restaurant(s)? A: Ruth's Chris Steakhouse
Q: What is your favorite book(s)? A: Birth of Venice and The Twilight Saga
Q: What is your favorite thing to do? A: Movies or shopping!
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Atlanta? A: Dine out. Atlanta has some incredible restaurants!
Q: What is your favorite movie/actress? A: "Pride & Prejudice"/Fran Drescher or Julia Roberts
Q: How long have you been exercising and what was your daily routine prior to beginning an exercise regimen? A: I've been exercising dance wise since I was 12, but working out with a trainer officially when I was 15 and modeling in NY. That was where weight training became a part of my life and continues to be today. That includes 6-8 hours of dancing/rehearsing a day +1-2 hour gym time 6 days a week.
Q: What were your eating habits like? A: Before FitTrip and meeting with numerous dieticians and nutritionists, I actually ate reasonably healthy but incorrectly for weight gain ideas I had in mind. I have now learned how to evaluate my energy levels.
Q: What are your current exercise routine and eating habits? A: Exercise while you're awake; sleep when you're dead. I eat what my body needs. I've added more carbs for energy levels and cut out all soda, fast food, and have cut my alcohol intake down significantly.
Q: How long has it been since you started working out at the Plaza and what accomplishment(s) have you achieved? A: I've been a Plaza member for 2.5 years now and I have gained 16 lbs of muscle mass and have redefined my fitness and diet needs and my ability to train.
Q: If I could, I would? A: Sky dive tomorrow!!!
