How long have you been exercising and what was your daily routine prior to beginning an exercise regimen?
I've been regularly exercising for 4 years. Prior to beginning my exercise regimen, my daily routine was pretty much all over the place. I was an undergrad student at the time, so I would sleep in late and go to bed late, skip breakfast, eat pizza late at night, you know...the typical undergrad routine. :)

What were your eating habits like?
Crappy (see above). I pretty much at whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted.

What is your current exercise routine and eating habits?

I try to work out 4 times a week for 30 minutes. I try to eat 3 pieces of fruit (as a snack replacement), eat small portions, watch my caloric intake, and refrain from eating past 8:00. Oh and drinking water instead of juice, soda, etc.

How long has it been since you started working out at the Plaza and what accomplishment(s) have you achieved?
I've been working out at the Plaza for 9 months. Because of its convenience, I have been able to work out most evenings before going home.

What made you change your lifestyle and follow a consistent workout schedule?
I sit in an office 10 hours a day. I figured I should at least do 30 minutes of activity to counter my 10 hours worth of sitting. It's also a great way for me to release stress.
